Institutional Support

The operational costs of the journal are covered by the academic institution responsible for the journal, the Facultad de Derecho, Ciencias Políticas y Sociales, Universidad Técnica de Oruro. Institutional support covers costs associated with editorial management, peer-review workflow, OJS and web infrastructure, metadata and identifier management, production, XML-JATS preparation, digital preservation, and scholarly dissemination as applicable.

Editorial Independence from Funding

Institutional financial support does not provide authority to decide the outcome of individual manuscripts. Financial, administrative, or institutional considerations must not influence reviewer selection, review reports, revision requirements, acceptance, rejection, correction, or retraction. The final scientific decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief under the Editorial Independence and Decision-Making Policy.

Revenue Model and Sponsorship

The journal's publishing model is based on institutional support rather than author charges or reader subscriptions. If any future sponsorship, grant, service agreement, or other revenue relationship materially supports journal operations, it should be disclosed transparently on the website and must remain separate from editorial decision-making.

Advertising and Direct Marketing

Advertising or promotional relationships, if ever used, must be clearly distinguishable from scholarly content and may not be linked to acceptance or editorial outcomes. Invitations to submit manuscripts or to participate in journal activities must be truthful, appropriately targeted, and must not promise acceptance, guaranteed publication, or misleadingly short peer-review times.
